hoovi.org was started in the year 2006 in a small way to assist, develop alternative  and  creative methods of learning for children. Workshops  and focus group activities have been successfully conducted for various category of children and young adults. 

Team hoovi collectively has 18 years of hands-on exposure in  Hiring, Assessment Centre, Learning  & Development  and Creativity Training  in Manufacturing,  Retail, Automobile, IT and Service organizations.

Workshops for employees across all levels of various leading organizations in the above domains have been conducted in the past.

 hoovi.org has sucessfully facilitated outbound and in house workshops for corporates in the area of communication, interpersonal relations, leadership, selling skills, customer service etc.
