Transformation of institutional society into an individualistic society has ignited all of us to equip with the relevant skills to compete in the current fast changing environment. An individual is recognized on his ability to generate alternative solutions to a problem or a situation. Hence, multiple intelligence is vital for any body to perform. We're all born with the quality of multiple intelligence leading to Creativity, but are eventually conditioned not to use it. Creativity is the ability to produce new and original ideas or to develop new ways of looking at existing ideas.

Our grand parents & great grand parents made their living with their arms, backs and legs, but low technology took away those jobs. Most people now make a living sitting on their chair and using their heads. Recently high technology has eliminated analytical jobs where you use rational thinking, but it can't use its imagination. High technology or atleast the information age is devaluing information because everyone has it. People still say knowledge is power, but it is less powerful than ever before. It is really not the knowledge is powerful anywere - it's imagination.

Creativity is the ability to produce new and original ideas or develop new ways or looking at existing ideas. Creativity is generating multiple alternatives and solutions to a specific problem. It is divergent thinking-ability to come up with  new, unusual answers contrary to ability to come up with single correct answer.
